About Us

Yog Vidya Peeth is a School that is based in Rishikesh, the land of Gods. The school is situated near Post Office, Laxman Jhula. It’s location is such that it is surrounded by mountains full of serenity and divine beauty, with the religious mighty river Ganga (Ganges) flowing close-by in front of it.
It’s serene divine location makes our students feel close to gods. With our regular meditation classes, they start feeling connected to god over a short period of time (20-30 days). This is a divine feeling as one feels liberated and free of all worldly things, thus making our students focus more on different types of yoga programs offered by us. What’s more, we offer our courses at cost-effective rates & give you a real “value for money”, something which is offered only by a select few in Rishikesh.

About Our Courses

At Yog Vidya Peeth, students will get to learn various yoga courses offered by the yoga school. Out here, we offer 3 different types of yoga courses namely 200 hr. kundalini Yoga, 200 hr. All 3 Yoga TTC courses will include divine mantra chanting along with breathing techniques and meditation practice. These 3 things make the course all the more interesting that will provide your body and mind a complete physical & mental exercise along with complete relaxation. Once you get enrolled in any of them and start learning the selected yoga style, after that, by the end of the course, you will be transformed into a Yoga Teacher/Trainer. Learn Ayurveda – the ancient Indian medicine system

Under the able guidance of Dr. Sanandan Thapliyal, we also provide an opportunity for our students to learn about Ayurveda – the ancient medicine system of India. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word, which means the science of life. Yoga and Ayurveda cross hand in hand as one is a discipline and another is the practice of that discipline. With an understanding of Ayurveda, yoga teachers can enhance their practice and assist their students to conquer the physical problems.
